JTR SKYRACE (18K)

Get ready for an epic Skyrace! The route starts at Bygdin Høyfjellshotell, heading straight for the summit of the iconic Bitihorn (1,607m). This course offers incredible variety: First, a relentless climb up to Bitihorn, followed by a fast, technical, and exposed descent via the impressive, Sherpa-built Bitihorn Steps. After the aid station at Søre Båtskardet, a final push down the Heklefjell-ridge to Grønekinnkampen awaits. From there, the course transitions onto fast, runnable trails, leading into a blazing downhill sprint to the finish line in the center of Beitostølen. This is a high-speed, high-altitude mountain experience! This distance will be part of the Norwegian Skyrunning Series in 2026.
